Abstract

The article provides an overview of federal level strategic planning documents in the field of scientific and technological development. Strategic planning documents developed as part of goal setting, which include the Strategy for Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation. Strategic planning documents developed as part of goal-setting on a sectoral and territorial basis, which include the Spatial Development Strategy of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025. Documents of strategic planning, forecasting, developed as part of forecasting, which include the Forecast of Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030. Strategic planning documents developed as part of planning and programming, which include the Concept of Technological Development for the period up to 2030. Strategic planning documents developed as part of planning and programming, which include the Concept of Technological Development for the period up to 2030. Targets, principles and mechanisms for ensuring scientific and technological development are given. In addition, emphasis is placed on a number of formulations that are relevant, in terms of developing a document for scientific and technological development, for the Krasnoyarsk Territory, in terms of big challenges and priorities, the principles of spatial development, promising economic specializations of the region, priority areas for the development of science and technology. A brief description of the end-to-end technology for processing and transmitting data, artificial intelligence is given.
