Abstract

The article presents an overview of promising projects in the field of sustainable territorial development and global cyber-physical systems. It should be noted that the projects presented in this review combine common approaches to organizing the management of autonomous objects and cyber-physical systems at the macro (manned aircraft and UAVs) and micro (smart dust) levels. The necessity of taking into account the extreme climatic or natural ecosystems of the Arctic and the Far North under the conditions of anthropogenic emission of carbon-containing compounds is noted. The possibility of using artificial intelligence technologies, multi-agent technology, as well as the apparatus of fuzzy logic and bioinspired, for example, swarm decision-making algorithms, is substantiated.
