Abstract

The article is devoted to the impact of technical innovations and digital technologies of industrial revolutions on the development of the education industry in the context of individual learning, provides a brief description of the educational paradigm in the context of the technological basis and determines the relevance of using web-based information systems as the most promising technology in teaching, taking into account the individual characteristics of the student. The design methods that underlie the development tools for web-based information systems, the main tools, including website builders, CMS, frameworks and libraries, are considered, advantages and disadvantages are highlighted, recommendations for use are given depending on the type of site being developed.
